MASTER COURSES

MASTER OF THEOLOGY OR MINISTRY

Originally GTS only offered a Doctor of Theology, however we realized that there was a desperate need for Master level courses for underdeveloped world in order for them to be able to reach the level of Doctor. So this is the reason we begin teaching the Master of Theology in various countries. 

Our Master of Theology or Ministry requires 6 semesters and a Thesis with presentation and defense of one’s theses to graduate. Total Credits 30 to 50 a GPA of greater than 2.60 is required for graduation. 

Course in the program will cover the following depending on the course path:

The Core Courses: 

  1. The Old Testament
  2. The 4 Gospels
  3. The Acts
  4. The Epistles
  5. Systematic Theology 
  6. Church History
  7. Hebrew
  8. Greek
  9. Dissertation

For Elective Courses:

  1. Literary understanding of the Bible
  2. Astronomy
  3. The Social Responsibility of Modern Science
  4. Computer Science
  5. Health Care
  6. World Politics and Economics
 
 

 

DOCTOR COURSE

DOCTOR OF THEOLOGY

The Doctor of Theology was the key program of GTS for many years until we introduced our Master of Theology. Now we have more graduate of the Master of Theology than of the Doctor of Theology. 

Entrance into the Program required an examination or Proposal of Doctorate Study depending on the campus responsible. If an examination was conducted, the students must complete the core courses before the discussion of the dissertation can be discussed. 

Proposal students will be allowed to work on their research for the Dissertation as they were approved by the President of GTS. 

The courses of Study for the Doctorate program consists of the following: 

The Core Courses:
